1961 Michigan State v. Tulsa basketball program

At this Dec. 9, 1961 game, the host Spartans defeated Tulsa, 90-70.

MSU's starting lineup, coached by Forddy Anderson, included Pete Gent, Dick Hall, Ted Williams, Jack Lamers and Art Schwarm.

Tulsa's starting lineup, coached by Joe Swank, included John Jones, Mac Morrison, Jerry Maloy, Gary Hevelone and Jim King.
