This button was distributed in Evanston on Nov. 7, 1981, when Northwestern tried to halt its 28-game losing streak (which was tied with UVA and K-State for the longest ever) against Michigan State. The Wildcats lost, 61-14, and would lose their next six in a row before beating NIU in '82 to end the streak at 34.

The pin measures approximately 3".
